As streaming services and mobile devices have become more and more popular, parents have felt the need to limit “screen time” and the amount of TV their kids watch.

However, letting your kids watch TV helps them build social skills and learn how to actively engage with an activity. Pediatricians are encouraging parents to let your children watch TV from time-to-time and to watch it with them.

Here are 4 intriguing and interesting educational series for both kids and adults.

1. Sid the Science Kid

Many children’s shows in recent years have introduced science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) concepts to children of all ages. Sid the Science Kid uses humor and fun activities to encourage children to be curious and explore the world around them.
